DESCRIPTION:Academic librarians are critical partners in efforts to provide open educational resources (OER) for both students and faculty.   \nEducational Innovations is happy to announce two virtual opportunities for librarians and library staff from across Minnesota State campuses to come together for a day to network with colleagues\, learn more about OER efforts across the system\, and identify how librarians can be leaders and partners in our OER efforts.\n \nLibrarian Workdays 2021: Ignite Affordable Education \nOctober 1\, 2021 |  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. \nFlyer – Spread the word!  \nThe focus of day one of Librarian Workdays is on developing an OER toolkit that works for you and your campus. Librarians will participate in hands-on activities\, listen to content experts\, and will walk away with the tools needed to better understand and support faculty on their OER journey\, including a framework for finding open resources and how to manage and modify them as they evolve.  \nThe agenda will be sent to registrants as the date approaches. \nAudience: Librarians and library staff. \nQuestions?
