DESCRIPTION:Open Education Network (OEN) Webinars introduce Minnesota State faculty and staff to open educational resources\, creative commons licensing\, and the work with the Open Textbook Library at the University of Minnesota. Attendees will receive a link to review an open textbook located in the Open Textbook Library (open.umn.edu) and receive a $200 stipend once the review is completed (limit of 2 stipends per faculty). Reviews for this webinar are due April 29\, 2024. \nNew: Minnesota State faculty who collaborate with high school instructors in one of our Concurrent Enrollment (CE) programs can invite their CE partner to attend an OEN Webinar and receive a stipend. After registering for yourself\, register your CE partner\, selecting your Minnesota State institution from the dropdown menu. \n Register through the OEN\nAttendees are invited to review a second open textbook for an additional $200 by registering for a second OEN Webinar. You do not need to attend the second OEN Webinar\, repeating attendees will still receive a link to review an open textbook for a second stipend. Limit of 2 stipends per individual.\nView all OER Events. \n\nQuestions?\nContact facilitator Karen Pikula.
