2013 Board of Trustees Teaching Award Program Guidelines

Vice Chancellor Douglas Knowlton announced on October 11, 2012 the  2013 Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees Educator of the Year Award for Excellence in Teaching program. The Program Guidelines brochure provides both promotional information and official guidelines. You will find in it an overview for your committee and nominees, plus detailed instructions and necessary forms for compiling the Outstanding Educator Portfolios and President’s Recommendation Packets.

All members of campus communities are encouraged to use local procedures to nominate and select faculty whose excellence they wish to reward. Presidents then designate, by February 15, a limited number of faculty as Outstanding Educators.

The awards event will be April 17, 2013, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, St. Paul.
