Minnesota State invites Career and Technical Education (CTE) secondary and postsecondary colleges to apply for a Capacity Grant. This grant supports efforts to build institutional capacity to better serve special populations in CTE programs and Programs of Study.

Announcing 2026 Z-Degree Awardees

Z-degrees are a complete associate or bachelor’s degree program that exclusively use course resources that are no cost to students. With these additions, 16 Minnesota State campuses currently offer Z-degrees and eleven (11) are in process of exploring or implementing Z-degrees.
