Welcome Lori Kirkeby

We are very excited to welcome Lori Kirkeby to the DARS/Transferology Team at the System Office, Academic and Student Affairs division.  Lori has accepted a one-year temporary assignment as a DARS/Transferology Support Analyst.  She will assist with ongoing DARS/Transferology training and Help Desk support.  She will also manage and conduct the annual curriculum comparison project, which is slated to begin soon.  

Lori has served as the Director of Admissions and Registration and Registrar at North Hennepin Community College since March 2004.  She also worked at Minneapolis Community College as Registrar and has worked at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in Student Support Services.  Lori has been active in the Upper Midwest Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers organization for a number of years and has presented at the annual MnSCU DARS Conference and at the national American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers conference as well. 

Lori has a Bachelor in Science degree from the University of Minnesota with majors in Psychology and Textiles & Clothing.  She has a Master of Education degree in Adult Education, also from the University of Minnesota.

With Lori’s experience, she will be able to hit the ground running!
