CTE Works! Summit Call for Proposals Open

The Call for Proposals for concurrent sessions is open for the 2015 CTE Works! Summit. This annual conference, sponsored jointly by Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and the Minnesota Department of Education, is Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the Sheraton West Hotel in Minnetonka.

Call for Proposals

The 2015 CTE Works! Summit is an excellent venue for established and emerging state and regional leaders to share their knowledge with Career Technical Education (CTE) educators, administrators, advisors and workforce partners. New professionals and graduate students in education, student services and in CTE programs are encourage to submit proposals for concurrent Workshops or short Gallery Walk sessions.

The Call for Proposals closes Friday, July 17, 2015. Late submissions will not be considered. Notification letters will be sent to the primary presenters via e-mail on August 31, 2015. For more details and a link to the online application: www.cteworksminnesota.org/schedule/submit-proposal/.

CTE Works! is co-sponsored by the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE). MnSCU and MDE partner closely under the auspices of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 to improve career technical education and create opportunities for all Minnesota learners to enter high skill, high wage, or high demand employment.
