High School CTE Teachers, College Technical Program Faculty, Career and College Readiness Advisors, Education Administrators, Adult Career Pathways Practitioners, Workforce Development Professionals, Industry Representatives, and Business Leaders. Approximately 475 professionals from across the Upper Midwest and other states.

- Call for Proposals (Concurrent Sessions, Post-Conference Workshops) opens in early March
- Registration opens in April
