Connect students to mental health and wellness services: Mantra Health training sessions

Connect students to school-sponsored mental health and wellness services.

Minnesota State has partnered with digital mental health provider Mantra Health to bring students an extended suite of accessible, diverse, high-quality care. With this virtual tool, students can set and reach goals, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships, which will help with academic performance, student persistence, and retention.

All Minnesota State faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to join upcoming trainings to learn more about Mantra Health and its services, including how to access marketing materials, how-to guides, and more.

Togetherall is one of the services Mantra Health provides. It is a judgment-free, inclusive, and confidential community of student peers. While all are welcome to join, students and their coaches, advisors, counselors, supervisors, and mentors are highly encouraged to.
