Call for Proposals

ASA-IT Conference

April 22-24, 2025

Cragun’s Resort and Conference Center, Brainerd, MN

Submit a session proposal for the 2025 Minnesota State ASA-IT Conference. This year’s conference theme is Innovate Together—Succeed Together.

About the Conference

The Minnesota State Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) and Information Technology (IT) divisions recognized an opportunity to collaboratively join the typically separate spring conferences into a larger joint conference.

Since ASA and IT partner to implement NextGen, explore generative artificial intelligence, modernize classroom technology, and many other efforts, this conference presents a wonderful opportunity to learn from each other.

Submit a Proposal

Our goal is to provide high-quality sessions that engage, empower and energize attendees. We invite two types of presentations:

Proposals should also consider change management principles and strategies as well as explore approaches that supported or led to workforce adaptation, skill development, and/or cultural shifts necessary for achieving innovative and creative results.

Review the core tracks:

Sessions are 40 minutes in length. Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis and submissions will be accepted until all workshop times are filled.
