Employees can find Minnesota State-branded templates for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel via the desktop app on their computer (not yet active at all campuses). These templates come with built-in Minnesota State brand colors, heading styles, and fonts. Many also come with helpful accessibility guidelines.
To access these templates on a PC:
- Open Word, PowerPoint, or Excel
- In the column on the left side, click New
- Single click on the words “Minnesota State” located above the template search bar
- Single click on the appropriate folder
- For systemwide templates, select “ENTPR-Employees“
- For system office-only templates, select “SO-Employees“
- Single click on your chosen template
