The Minnesota State Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) and Information Technology (IT) divisions are pleased to share the ASA-IT Conference dates will be May 27–29, 2026.
About the Conference
The Minnesota State ASA and IT divisions recognized an opportunity to collaboratively join the typically separate spring conferences into a larger joint conference.
This year, the conference is bringing together ASA and IT professionals from across the system under the theme “Stronger Together: Aligning Services to Elevate Student Success,” with focus areas including:
- Accessibility
- NextGen
- Artificial Intelligence
- Security
- Data Utilization
- Equity 2030
- Collaborative ASA/IT Projects
Call for Proposals Coming Soon
A call for proposals will be released soon and is expected to include conference sessions, roundtable discussions, and pre‑conference sessions. Those interested in presenting can begin preparing their proposal for submission.
Additional details on registration, session submissions, and the conference location will be shared in the coming weeks.
