Keeping digital course materials accessible can feel overwhelming—especially when content changes from term to term. In this webinar, faculty will learn a simple, sustainable approach to planning, tracking, and documenting accessibility reviews using customizable Microsoft Word templates. Participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately adapt for their own courses.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Identify common types of digital course materials that should be regularly reviewed for accessibility.
- Use provided Microsoft Word templates to build a personalized plan for tracking accessibility checks and updates.
- Develop a manageable, ongoing workflow for maintaining accessibility as course content evolves.
