What in the world is an Intelligent Agent? The Intelligent Agents tool in D2L Brightspace sends emails to students based on preset conditions. Faculty can create and schedule Intelligent Agents using site login, course login, or release conditions. Using Intelligent Agents in D2L Brightspace can help make learners more accountable and engage them when they complete tasks.
