Encouraging Student-Teacher Communication with Private Discussions

Description

Private discussions have multiple uses in Brightspace. You can communicate with students one-on-one, keep track of student to instructor communication, and encourage students to keep a reflective journal. You can use private discussions as a means of aiding reflection, deepening students understanding, and stimulating critical thinking.

Campuses may want to know if their faculty are using the educational development resources and opportunities made available from Minnesota State to best tailor their on-campus offerings.
