Open Education Week
5 Practitioners in 50 minutes
We all know of the impact OER has in the classroom, but there is important work going on outside of it as well. This session will have five different individuals within the Minnesota State system who are working with OER in different ways.

- Jodi Ondich from Lake Superior College works in their Center for Teaching and Learning
- Kim Johnson from Minnesota State University, Mankato will speak to the work she is doing with students in Sierra Leone
- Jennie Simning and Brenda Besser will be highlighting the work they do in the Inver Hills Community College Library
- Gabriella Bosompem is a student at Century College shares her experience with OER textbooks
- Fran Kennedy is an Instructional Designer at Minnesota State
