Supporting Students in Nontraditional Careers

Description

In this context ‘nontraditional’ refers to under representation in male or female dominated careers. This interactive session is designed to assist faculty with effective pedagogical and transformational strategies to address key gender and cultural factors that create barriers for students. Through a research based and data-driven process, faculty will learn to modify and enhance current practices in order to improve student outcomes.
