Generation Z (born 1995 to 2012) has a radically different mindset from previous generations, and we must take opportunities to learn more about them.
In this session, participants will explore how this generation acquired their current mindset and how that applies to Generation Z attitudes towards work. After looking at the research, we’ll all discuss what this might mean for our teaching practices.
