The Creative Commons Certificate is an in-depth course about CC licenses, open practices and the ethos of the Commons. The course is composed of readings, quizzes, discussions and practical exercises to develop learners’ open skills.
Minnesota State system office will support up to ten seats for the CC Certificate for Librarians tract of the Creative Commons Certification cohort.
The fall 2019 cohort runs from September 23 – November 29, 2019.
- The cost for the CC Certificate for Librarians is $500. However, Minnesota State will reimburse librarians, departments, or institutions for up to 10 librarians upon successful certificate completion. To qualify for reimbursement, please contact Tim Anderson, tim.anderson@minnstate.edu, to check how many librarian spots are still available.
- Once available seat(s) are confirmed by Tim, librarians can then follow this link to register. Registration deadline is September 16, 2019.
