The Office for Civil Rights’ Four Year Report: Helping to Ensure Equal Access to Education
Federal law requires the Office for Civil Rights to produce a report every four years summarizing its enforcement and policymaking activities. This session will highlight the recent report and its findings, including the most common complaints investigated by the OCR, a summary of Dear Colleague Letters and other regulatory guidance issued by the OCR over the past four years, and a discussion of future trends.
