The 2015 Spring Leadership Institute Conference is being held Thursday, April 16th at St. Cloud State University. This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Toyia K. Younger, Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
