The annual joint Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) and Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) Conference will be held at the St. Paul Event Center and the Minnesota State system office. Pre-Conference meetings for select affinity groups are taking place on June 25, 2024. The main conference is two (2) days spanning June 26-27, 2024.
This event is in-person only and the conference planning team is exploring hybrid options.

Call For Proposals (CFP)

The conference planning team is pleased to extend an invitation to submit session proposals for concurrent sessions, with a focus on (but not limited to) three of the dimensions of Equity 2030:
- Enhanced Access
- Academic Success
- Student Engagement
CFP Submission Guidelines
Submit session proposals to tarnjeet.kang@minnstate.edu no later than Wednesday April 17, 2024. Proposals selected for a session will be notified no later than Wednesday May 1, 2024. Presenters must be available to present in-person, for concurrent sessions lasting between 45-60 minutes. Each session will have 2-3 presentations, and allocated time for Q&A.
Session proposals should include:
- Presentation title
- Which Equity 2030 dimension the proposal falls under (Enhanced Access, Academic Success, Student Engagement)
- Name, title and institutions for all presenters
- Any accommodations requested for presenters
- 100 word abstract summarizing the topic and learning objective of the presentation
