In-Person Workshops: Teaching with AI and Exploring Flexible Course Delivery

The Minnesota State Network for Educational Development (NED) events calendar features a variety of webinars, short courses, and learning communities that faculty and staff can take part in to learn new skills or provide space for reflection and revision.

Most events are virtual, but there are a few in-person workshop opportunities coming up. We encourage you to take advantage of these chances to meet with colleagues offline.

This hands-on introductory workshop provides time and space for applying AI in your teaching context. Participants will collectively explore generative AI tools and (re-)design a learning activity or assessment that supports AI literacy, incorporates or resists generative AI tools, and applies equitable teaching practices. At the end of the workshop participants will be provided with additional resources to explore topics further on their own.
