February 2025 Conversations with Colleagues

February 25

12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

Join the next Conversations with Colleagues, a series for colleagues across Minnesota State to gather remotely to share ideas and bring questions (along with your lunch). These gatherings are held at noon on the 4th Tuesday of every other month.

February Topic

Our main focus is rightly on our students. But the people doing the work of teaching matter, and there is an important overlap between what’s best for our students and what’s best for faculty.

Join us for a conversation about supporting new(ish) faculty, where we will share examples of multi-faceted initiatives at Minneapolis College to support new(ish) faculty. We also welcome your ideas and strategies so we can all learn from and with one another!

Hosts: Miki Huntington and Kristine Gyolai, Minneapolis College

Conversations with Colleagues is hosted by faculty and staff from the Minnesota State Educational Development Committee.
