There have been a few releases of updated features to assist with the prevention and mitigation of enrollment fraud since May 2025.
Registration Edit 23 was released
This ISRS/ARSA registration edit requires that anyone registering for courses via eServices must have an active admission status with at least one college or university to be able to register for any course.
If a student does not have an active admission status their attempt to register will fail and they will be informed they need to be admitted.

StarID Creation Changes
The login page of eServices was changed to re-direct people who do not have a Star ID to apply for admission, rather than the page to create a StarID to register.
When creating a Star ID online, people will now have to complete “email verification” to help ensure that they have access to the email account they are using to create their Star ID. They will need to verify their email before they are able to use that Star ID to log into systems like the Universal Application or eServices.
