All educators are invited to the 2025 MnLC Summit on Learning and Technology, an offering of the Minnesota Learning Commons (MnLC), a partnership between the University of Minnesota, Minnesota State, and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).
The MnLC works collaboratively across Minnesota’s K-12 and higher education systems to advocate for, investigate, research, and facilitate high quality in online learning and digital resources.
This event is open to all educational professionals from K-12 and higher education. Registration is $50 for a full day of breakout sessions, networking, learning, and sharing expertise. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments provided. Virtual attendance options are available.
Breakout sessions include topics in generative AI in both K-12 and higher education, digital literacy, digital accessibility, digital equity, quality practices and design, and more! View the announcement with a list of the Summit’s presentations.
Mission of the MnLC:
- The MnLC is a joint powers partnership between the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), University of Minnesota, and Minnesota State.
- Its mission is to promote high-quality, online, blended, and digital learning and support educators teaching in these environments.
- The MnLC is committed to advancing racial justice, equity, and inclusion in online and digital learning.
- The MnLC executes its mission through three primary activities:
- Professional Development: Enhancing educators’ skills and knowledge.
- Collaborative Projects: Encouraging joint efforts in the field of digital learning.
- Advocacy: Promoting effective digital learning policy and practice.
