Keynote “Just Actions: Data-Informed Atmosphere of Equity and Inclusion“
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Ronald Ferguson, Ridgewater College
At this critical moment, there is a need for clear pathways to success for all students. Given the courageous goal of Equity 2030, faculty and staff can, and should, leverage data to guide interventions and improve student outcomes across Minnesota State.
To that end, Dr. Ronald Ferguson will speak to the urgency and discuss the benefits of applying equity-minded, data-informed practices. Ultimately, such “just actions” foster a positive social atmosphere where equitable and inclusive outcomes can flourish.
Location
The conference will be held both in-person at Minnesota State University Moorhead and online, providing flexibility for faculty to attend in a way that suits them best.
The in-person keynote and student panel will be streamed to online attendees, in addition to sessions that will be online-only.
Quiet space will be provided at the conference to accommodate in-person attendees who want to join online-only sessions. Sessions will not be recorded.
