Try using a Minnesota State template

Employees can find Minnesota State-branded templates for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel via the desktop app on their computer (not yet active at all campuses). These templates come with built-in Minnesota State brand colors, heading styles, and fonts. Many also come with helpful accessibility guidelines.

To access these templates on a PC:

  • Open Word, PowerPoint, or Excel
  • In the column on the left side, click New
  • Single click on the words “Minnesota State” located above the template search bar
  • Single click on the appropriate folder
    • For systemwide templates, select “ENTPR-Employees
    • For system office-only templates, select “SO-Employees
  • Single click on your chosen template
