Submit a Proposal
Share your expertise, experience, and outcomes at the 2026 Minnesota State Open Education Conference, a systemwide event dedicated to growing the use of open educational resources (OER) and open educational practices. Submit a proposal by the end of day February 6, 2026.
FormatÂ
All sessions will be:
- Virtual, live, and recorded for later viewing
- Either 20 minutes or 50 minutes in duration, depending on format and session requirements
- As interactive as possible to increase audience engagement
- Compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements
Proposal Components:Â
- Title and mini-abstract (25 words) for inclusion in the conference program
- Session type (panel, presentation, workshop, discussion)
- Session outcomes
- 100-200 word description of proposed session
- Plan for audience engagement

- Copyright and licensing

Accessibility & InclusionÂ
