DARS/u.select Users Conference 2013 & Call for Proposals
The 11th Annual DARS/u.select Users Conference 2013 will be held at Cragun’s Resort and Hotel on Gull Lake on October 8-9. This day and a half conference will be held back-to-back again with the Transfer Specialist conference (October 9-10, half day + full day).
We, for the first time, will be charging a fee of $70 to help cover conference costs. We wanted to let you know about this fee as soon as possible so that it could be planned in your FY14 budgets.
Call for Proposals – The DARS/u.select Team will be attending the national CollegeSource Conference and Workshop in June and hope to gather some good information to share at our conference in October. However, this conference is for YOU, so please share your ideas with us for sessions that would be valuable to you. All topics ideas are welcome and could include, but are not limited to: best practices, unique audits, discoveries, transfer issues related to DARS/u.select, time-savers, processes, etc. We know you are doing some amazing things and want you to share your ideas to make this conference meaningful and most beneficial for you and your colleagues!
