Quality Matters (QM) is an inter-institutional, faculty-centered, collaborative peer review process that is designed to certify the quality of online and blended courses. The formal course review process involves a review of an online or hybrid course by a team of three Certified Peer Reviewers who are all experienced online faculty. The rubric used in the review process is supported by current academic research and instructional design principles.
QM certified courses are listed in the Quality Matters national database of certified courses and each faculty member has been given a QM seal to display with the online course. The following courses received Quality Matters Certification in March 2014:
