North Hennepin Community College and students from our GCST Community Organizing class are proud to present two notable educators and community leaders on racial equity and social justice, Tim Wise and Greg ‘Biskakone’ Johnson, on November 3rd and 24th 2014 respectively. These events will consist of a 12-1 pm lecture that is free and open to the entire community, and a 2-4 pm training session for educators, non-profit workers, community leaders and members of the public who wish to expand their knowledge.
These 2-hour training sessions will be available for $15 per person. All the funds raised will go to NHCC student scholarships.
