Good morning. Today kicks off the fifth week of session, and this morning the House Ways and Means Committee will hear from Minnesota Management and Budget on the budget Governor Mark Dayton is proposing. As part of the process, legislative committees learn about the Governor’s budget recommendation before crafting their own budget. In the Senate, the Jobs, Agriculture and Rural Development Committee will continue discussions on SF5, a bill that creates a dual training competency grant program.
