Hiring College Faculty – Hiring qualified faculty can be challenging for many reasons. Are you confused about the credentialing and salary placement processes? Wondering about your role, and the roles of your campus HR office, and the system office? Who makes the decisions and why? This session will dive into the credentialing and salary decision making processes and will help you understand when deans can proactively get involved. It will also help you build front-end communication strategies during the hiring process to ensure mutual understanding.
