President, CAO, and CSAO Colleagues-
The memo provides detail on the work that has been done to date, as well as the steps we are taking to resolve outstanding data submission issues. Craig and Chris will be working closely with campus financial aid staff over the coming week, and we will update you as things progress.
Thanks to the many presidents who reached out to me and to Craig over the weekend. Please know that Craig and his staff, along with your campus financial aid staff are on this and will be responding as quickly as possible.
