41 Faculty Honored by Board of Trustees

On April 20, 2016, the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees recognized 41 outstanding teaching and administrative service faculty from 28 colleges and universities around the state at its annual Celebrating Excellence event.  Four faculty received the 2016 Board of Trustees Award for Excellence in Teaching:  Justin Berry (physical therapy) of Northland Community College, William Breen (English) of Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Adam Marcotte (English) of Central Lakes College, and Shannon Peak Fiene (mathematics) of Minnesota West Community and Technical College.  Barbara Oertel, director of the Warrior Success Center at Winona State University, received the 2016 Professional Excellence in Service award.  Congratulations to the many outstanding faculty across the system!
