Last week over 300 people from Minnesota State, University of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Department of Education met for the 2017 eLearning Summit at Normandale College.
The MN eLearning Summit is the premiere event of the Minnesota Learning Commons and a gathering place for K-12, college, and university educators and innovators in the Midwest who are committed to effective online and blended learning. The Summit included concurrent sessions focused on eLearning tools, resources, services, and best practices. There were also opportunities to meet, collaborate, and contribute ideas for the effective use of instructional technology in and out of the classroom.
During the Summit teams three teams from the various educational systems received Excellence Awards in the categories of innovation, collaboration, and impact. Another three teams received Special Recognition. For more information on the projects led by these teams, see the flyer.
