MState – Keepin’ It Cool: Utilizing state-of-the-art technology in Commercial Refrigeration

New technology is changing the way grocers and warehouses approach refrigeration, but these technologies were not available within the Commercial Refrigeration Program at Minnesota State Community and Technical College.  Using a combination of innovation funding and investments from local benefactors, MState retrofitted their facility with state-of-the-art refrigeration technology for student learning, providing not only a tremendous benefit to students, but to area businesses as well.

Keepin’ It Cool was funded through an innovation funding grant from Educational Innovations at Minnesota State.
