The NextGen Project is searching for three full-time, remote, temporary (2 year) Change Readiness Liaisons to work with Minnesota State colleges and universities to prepare HR and Finance staff to transition from ISRS to Workday.
Each Liaison will report to the NextGen Director of Change Management (John Kearns) and will work directly with a portfolio of institutions to develop and implement action plans for activities and communications that will help end users go through this large change.
