Joint ASA / OEI Spring Conference: Call for Proposals and Registration Now Available

May 23 – 25, 2022

St. Cloud State University (In-Person)

Join us for this year’s Joint Academic and Student Affairs and Office of Equity and Inclusion Spring Conference. The theme this year is “We’ve Got You: Being Student Ready.”

This theme connects to our work on addressing basic needs insecurity. To meet the critical goals for Equity 2030, we will focus on the short- and long-term impacts of our collective pandemic experience on educational disparities, student success and completion, and addressing institutional barriers to success.

As educators, we are called to be part of the solution, serving as leaders by exhibiting the courage to actively address these issues, and yet we, too, have all been affected by the pandemic in our personal and professional lives. How can we equip ourselves and our colleagues to sustain the engagement and creativity that will be required to achieve our Equity 2030 goal? With three days of thoughtful dialogue on these critical issues, we hope it will inspire practical strategies to be implemented on campuses throughout the system.
