The Open Textbook Pilot (OTP) Project is seeking subject matter experts to review educational content that will be used to educate and train students enrolled in Teacher Education programs at Minnesota State and beyond.
About the OTP Project
The Open Textbook Pilot Project is a Minnesota State project funded through the Department of Education to develop open educational resources for six foundational education courses for faculty to adapt for use in an effort to provide low-cost options for students enrolled. These open educational resources have been developed to align with Interstate Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium standards.
Call for Subject Matter Experts
To serve as a subject matter expert, you must have completed a master’s degree in education or have 5+ years of K-12 teaching experience and have a background in culturally responsive pedagogy. Reviewers will be provided tools for review, including rubrics and feedback guidance, a short virtual orientation, and a $1,000 – $1,500 stipend.
