Join the Minnesota State Office of Equity and Inclusion for an informative webinar, The Equity Exchange: What We Learned, What We’re Building. Key themes and learnings that emerged from the Equity and Student Success Regional Convenings will be shared.

During the Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 semesters, the Office of Equity and Inclusion in collaboration with Academic and Student Affairs hosted six Regional Convenings across Minnesota State. The convenings provided an opportunity to collaboratively discuss and understand promising strategies, initiatives, and challenges for achieving Equity 2030 and institutional goals.

The webinars will:

• Provide a high-level overview of the outcomes of the six regional convenings
• Highlight key themes, strategic successes, and challenges that emerged from the sessions
• Share learned insights that intended to inform ongoing system efforts including the development of the System Strategy Accelerator and future systemwide support opportunities.

The Office of Equity and Inclusion will offer two opportunities for engagement via Zoom. These webinars are open to all Minnesota State employees.
