Submit a session proposal for the 2026 Minnesota State Student Success and Planning Conference by Friday, July 10, 2026.
Share what you are doing at your college/university!
- Tell us about a practice, project, or initiative that supports student success and planning.
- Tell us about tips and tricks for student success and planning technologies: Advising CRMs, Minnesota State Student Planner: Degree Audit, Graduation Planner, and Schedule Builder, Transferology, TES, and others.
- Tell us how you are using data to inform your work and decisions, how you create community and belonging, support student needs, and/or anything that is closing gaps and contributing to our Equity 2030 goals.
Proposals will be accepted through Friday, July 10, 2026. The Student Success and Planning Conference Committee will review proposals for the conference and notifications will be sent in late July.
Audience
This conference welcomes all staff and faculty who support student success and planning. All colleagues are encouraged to join us.
Session Format
All sessions will be:
- 45 minutes in duration
- Virtual and live
- Recorded for later viewing
- Compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements
Session Proposal
- Title with 75 or fewer characters
- Description with 500 or fewer characters
Accessibility and Inclusion
Minnesota State is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience.
- Presentations should follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, use clear language, and include alternative text for images.
- Live sessions will feature machine generated captioning.
- Include additional accommodation requests on your registration form.
