This session offers practical, student-informed insights you can apply right away to design more inclusive, engaging learning experiences. 

Idea Exchange

Join colleagues from across the Minnesota State community for an interactive idea exchange. This session is designed to spark conversation, connection, and collaboration as participants gather in small groups to discuss topics relevant to their work and interests.

Social Activities

Meet and join Minnesota State colleagues for a variety of social activities throughout the conference. Activities include indoor and outdoor wellness sessions, a conference quest, and a meet-up at a local spot for social bingo.

This workshop examines how Universal Design for Learning Guideline 3: Building Knowledge and the Optimal Learning Environment framework work together to help educators create accessible, intellectually rich environments where all learners can develop usable individual and collective knowledge.

Tech Labs

Attendees who feel inspired by a new teaching or technology idea can attend a Tech Lab session for hands-on help and exploration with the Minnesota State Learning Technology team!

Common Read

Inspired by the book 10 to 25: The Science of Motivating Young People, this informal discussion will explore practical ways to engage students, balance high expectations with meaningful support, and foster belonging, purpose, and resilience. 

Reading is not required, anyone interested in student success is welcome to participate.
