Minnesota State Colleges and Adult Education Co-Req Partnership Affinity Group Kickoff

College and Adult Education Co-Req Partnership Affinity Group 2026-2027 Kickoff

Virtual Meetings (choose one):

October 29 at 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. or October 30 at 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.

You are invited to attend this year’s series of virtual 90-minute meetings held through the academic year, where practitioners from Minnesota State Colleges and Adult Education explore and share effective practices used when partnering in the co-req environment.

This year’s virtual kickoff meeting choices are on October 29 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. or October 30 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. There will be an additional two meetings, one in January, and one in April 2027.

By joining these sessions, you can explore how partnering with Adult Education can enhance student success and provide valuable learning supports within the co-req model.

Faculty, administrators, advisors, and those with co-req planning, teaching, or reporting responsibilities are welcome to attend. The composition of this group is a mixture of Adult Education and Minnesota State practitioners. Membership is voluntary, and you can attend all or some of the meetings. The Affinity Group is funded by the Minnesota Department of Education – ABE Unit.

Consider letting this year be the year you join the group for the kickoff late October session! Registration is required.
