Accessible Content Pages Using HTML Templates in D2L Brightspace (Summer 2024)

This webinar will demonstration how to check (and fix!) the accessibility of your HTML Content pages in D2L Brightspace. While the pre-formatted HTML templates provide a starting point for creating accessible Content pages, it is important for content creators to understand how to build upon that starting point and ensure their pages are accessible for all students. If you’re already using the HTML templates in Content, but aren’t sure if your pages are accessible, join us for a walk-through of the built-in accessibility features, how to use the accessibility checker, and a discussion of some best practices in accessible design.

This webinar is intended for those already familiar with how to create Content pages using HTML templates in D2L with beginner or intermediate-level skills.
