Antiracist Practices for Search Committee Members (Summer 2025)
This webinar provides an opportunity to discuss antiracist practices for search committee service. Part of academic equity work is to ensure that students can see themselves reflected in the faculty and staff within their college or university. As our student population becomes increasingly diverse, intentional efforts to increase the diversity of campus faculty and staff is essential.
