Empathy is about course design and beyond; it is within every communication we have with learners (verbal and nonverbal)! In this webinar, we’ll explore consistent and compassionate communication strategies for online courses. From before the course begins to giving feedback, navigating challenges, or supporting student needs; let’s discuss strategies to build bridges and support connections!
