In this conversation, join Samantha Ten Eyck from Saint Paul College as we explore both the opportunities and challenges that AI presents for the future of teaching, learning, and open educational resources.

About the Presenter

Samantha Ten Eyck

Samantha Ten Eyck holds an MFA in Poetry and is an instructor in the Saint Paul College English Department. With a strong interest in educational technology, she is currently on a sabbatical working on a research project exploring the use of AI in the writing classroom. In addition to her focus on the intersection of technology and education, she is also actively working on publishing poetry. Her work integrates creative expression with innovative teaching practices.

 


Open Educational Resource (OER) Community Conversations are open forum conversations for all to share, discuss, and learn from colleagues in the Minnesota State OER community. Hosted by Karen Pikula, the OER Faculty Development Coordinator, these conversations are virtual, hour-long meetings held twice per semester and feature a guest speaker on a topic of interest.
