RSI 2: Regular and Substantive Interaction: Feedback Strategies and Tools for the Online Classroom (Spring 2025)
Take a moment to think back on your own educational experiences. When did the feedback you received from your instructor support your learning? What was it about that feedback that helped you? When did the feedback you received get in the way of your learning? What was it about the feedback that you did not find helpful?
In this webinar you will explore the concept of instructor presence, its importance for student learning, and its relationship to U.S. Department of Education regulations on “regular and substantive interaction.” More specifically, you will learn about strategies and tools that can help you provide effective and caring feedback for your online learners.
