NOTE: This is the second of a series of e-mail messages to provide information from the system office on specific topics. This joint message from MnSCU and Augusoft focuses on new information about Lumens. Please forward this full message or information items of interest directly to your staff.
Augusoft, Inc. has PCI compliance as a service provider
The attached certificate indicates that Augusoft has completed the SAQ D 2.0, the service provider requirements. This certificate satisfies QSA requirements, certifying Augusoft as a higher-level “service provider,” rather than as “merchant.”
Lumens EXEC and Salesforce.com now work together for you
Augusoft recently announced a Lumens API – Salesforce.com enhancement. Review the attached data sheet which indicates the enhancement made to the Lumens API with Salesforce.com. Best Practices from Augusoft and LERN
The system office is partnering with Augusoft and LERN to bring a LERN Best Practices session directly to your region! As you know, the Business & Industry Outreach Administrators provide LERN memberships for all CE/CT staff. The purpose of these face-to-face sessions is to help you and your staff get the most from your LERN membership and your Lumens system. Representatives from the system office, Augusoft and LERN will travel to each region in the coming months. Prior to these events being scheduled, we are looking for a host site for each region. If you would like to be a host site, please contact Denise Stephens at email@example.com

MnSCU Wish List Accomplishments
MnSCU Lumens users have submitted more than 150 requests to Augusoft through the wish list process. A small group of MnSCU Lumens users has been working with Augusoft to prioritize the requests. To date, Augusoft has granted more than 21 of our wishes including:
• Allow custom fields to display in the Catalog Requestor view so organizations can create a drop down option such as, areas of interest. This allows more specific mailings.
• Allow confirmation e-mails to be combined based on a single transaction.
• Permit flexibility of Course Series reserved seating. For details on how to set this up contact Augusoft Customer Support at 866-289-7043.
See the attached “Top Ten” list for more information. The MnSCU-Augusoft Wish List group is continuing to work on the top ten most requested wishes and will update everyone periodically. If you’d like to join the Wish List group, contact Meg at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 763-331-8301.
